Returns & Restocking Fees

  • Defective Systems: Returns for a full refund due to unresolvable hardware defects are accepted within the 7-day window only.

  • Non-Defective / Change-of-Mind Returns: Returns requested for non-defective systems within 7 days are subject to a 15% Restocking Fee. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Packaging Requirements: Customers must keep all original boxes and internal foam packaging. If a system is returned improperly packaged and sustains shipping damage, the customer assumes full financial responsibility.
